The FA Cup fourth round will see Manchester City meet either Crystal Palace or Stoke while holders Chelsea face a trip to either Southend or Brentford.
Roberto Mancini’s side avoided an upset in the third round as they beat Watford 3-0 at the Etihad Stadium, with Carlos Tevez and Gareth Barry amongst the scorers, while Chelsea smashed Southampton 5-1 as Demba Ba, on his Blues debut, netted twice to help his side come from behind to claim victory.
Current Premier League leaders Manchester United, who, courtesy of a late Robin van Persie strike, rescued a draw against West Ham on Saturday, will take on Fulham or Blackpool, should they get the better of the Hammers in the third round replay at Old Trafford on January 16.
