Newcastle Jets striker Emile Heskey insists Luis Suarez must stay at his former club Liverpool despite recent comments to the Uruguayan press claiming that he is ready to leave the club.
Heskey, 35, admits Suarez has caused problems through a number of incidents this campaign but believes he remains a ‘massive asset’ to the Reds, highlighting the 23 league goals he has scored despite serving a lengthy ban for biting Branislav Ivanovic.
Heskey spoke to Goal exclusively and offers his thoughts not only on Suarez but a variety of Premier League forwards who have their future under the microscope, as well as former team-mate Jamie Carragher.
