Liverpool’s Sadio Mane has been named in the BBC’s five player shortlist for African Footballer of the Year. Mane is one of four Premiership players in the shortlist, with Dortmund’s Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang the only one from outside England. Leicester’s Riyad Mahrez, Man City’s Yaya Toure and West Ham’s Andre Ayew are the other PL based players in the list.
