England’s U19 squad continued a great summer for the nation’s youngsters as they beat Portugal 2-1 to win the European U19 Championships in Georgia.

The goals for England U19 in the final were scored by Villa’s Easah Suliman and Man City’s Lukas Nmecha.

Sadly, there was not even a single Liverpool player in the squad (neither was there one from Manchester United for that matter). The squad was dominated by Chelsea, with the likes of Mason Mount and Jay daSilva featuring.
