Liverpool Football Club has received an allocation of 2,399 tickets for our 2012-13 opener at West Brom at 3pm on August 18. Here are the details for this all ticket fixture:

Ticket dates

Tickets will be available to season ticket holders, official members and fan card holders based on attendance at Premier League away fixtures during 2011-2012 on the following days:

Attendance at 15 or more games – Tuesday, August 7
Attendance at 12 or more games – Wednesday, August 8

Online at www.liverpoolfc.com/tickets – on sale from 8.15am. Tickets will remain on sale until sold out or otherwise advertised.

Please note: concessionary tickets can now be purchased online. Supporters can purchase tickets for up to four qualifying fan cards and a 90p booking fee per ticket will be applied across all sales channels if paying by credit/debit card.

Executive box holders, centenary, premier and executive members should contact the hospitality sales department.

Disabled supporter applications

Liverpool Football Club has also received an allocation of seven wheelchair and seven personal assistant tickets and 10 ambulant and 10 personal assistant tickets priced at £15 per pair.

Travel

Liverpool Football Club will be operating a coach service for this fixture departing at 11am. Tickets are priced at £15 each. Coach tickets can be purchased online by visiting www.liverpoolfc.com or alternatively, please telephone 0843 170 5555. There are no booking fees for any coach tickets purchased.

We would emphasise to all eligible applicants that tickets are subject to availability for as long as supplies last and no guarantee can be given that tickets will be available to all who apply.

Should there be any tickets remaining following the initial sale, LFC will make an announcement in the week commencing August 13 regarding a further sale.

Please note: if collecting or purchasing tickets on the day of a home game, we advise that you arrive as early as possible to avoid unnecessary queuing.

Refund requests will not be considered after Monday, August 13.
