Jonjo Shelvey has been handed a surprise start by Brendan Rodgers as Liverpool take on Manchester United at Anfield.
Shelvey caught the eye with a two-goal cameo for the Reds in Thursday’s Europa League clash against Young Boys, and takes a starting place alongside fellow youngsters Martin Kelly and Raheem Sterling.
